Grassroots Grants Small Grants
Small grants aims to reach out to those in our local communities who need assistance most. The Foundation is able to distribute grants of £250-£5000 to grassroots community groups throughout Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield.

If you are thinking of applying for a Grassroots Grant you MUST read the "Overview and Criteria" sheet to check your eligibility for the scheme. If you are eligible and wish to apply, you need to complete both the standard Grant Application Form and the Grassroots Grants Application Form.
If your group or project is not eligible to apply to Grassroots Grants small grants, you can still apply to the SYCF Small Grants scheme using the standard Grant Application Form.
It will help us to process your application efficiently if you provide as much detail as you can when completing the form(s), particularly when describing the project you would like funded and the costs of the items you intend to spend the grant on.
