Grassroots grants raring to go for second year

GRASSROOTS Grants is kicking off its second year, with groups able to apply for a grant of £250 to £5,000 from the South Yorkshire Community Foundation.
Groups with an annual average turnover of less than £30,000, are voluntary led and constituted could be eligible to get hold of a Grassroots Grant.
In the first year of the programme, SYCF gave out more than £450,000 and have another £490,000 to give out to community groups in Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield.
